St. Clement Roman Catholic Parish

To register your child for First Communion, please fill out the registration form below and submit via email or by dropping it off at the rectory. If your child attends St. Clement's Catholic Elementary, Father will be visiting their class and preparing them for the sacrament in collaboration with their teachers.

If your child does not attend St. Clement's School, the office will reach out to you. The Diocese of Hamilton offers a wonderful Catechetical Correspondence Program for students not enrolled in a catholic school, which will help prepare them. More information can be found here.
